About Us
Ikam Valethu Our Future was established to respond to the development needs of  Early Childhood Development (ECD) Centres in the Garden Route District municipal area (previously Eden District Municipality).  Personal Growth Management Services (PGMS) have been rendering Organisational and Administrative support services to ECD for more than 12 years and have become intimately involved with the various dynamics within they ECD sector.

The growing deficiencies within South Africa's education sector and inadequate support for ECD centres and the growing treat to sustainable livelihoods necessitated the establishment of Ikam Valethu so that we can obtain better outcomes from the investment of resources in Social Welfare in general and ECD in particular.

Ikam Valethu a Non Profit Company; shall contribute to the sustainable livelihoods of children and youth through initiatives that stimulate collaboration, cooperation and coordination of the social, human and capital resources of likeminded stakeholders

The founding board of Directors was drawn from the founding members. They have been tasked with the responsibility of starting Ikam Valethu

Office
Ikam Valethu has its office at 13A Harry Mann Square, 112 York Street, George. The offices are that of PGMS and is fully equipped and staffed. PGMS is a well-established Enterprise Accelerator and is making its resources available during to Ikam Valethu during its start-up phase.
Financial Resources
The initial start-up cost was provided by PGMS and there is a commitment from them to provide back office support during the inception stage at no cost.
Members will be expected to pay a nominal annual fee to offset administration cost related to their membership.
Ikam Valethu is embarking on a funding campaign to source the needed funds for its initiatives. Funding will be sort to specific programs and for the general budget of the organisation.
